As part of the Wine Club team, the Direct Sales Associate leads the charge for providing the highest level of customer experience which makes achieving sales goals and member retention. This role interacts regularly with customers and Collective members via phone (inbound and outbound), in the tasting room (during member visits or events) and via email. The Direct Sales Associate works in partnership with Hospitality to facilitate proactive and efficient communication and execution of business plan objectives. The role is a brand ambassador for Gloria Ferrer.
The Hospitality (Visitor Center) Manager is responsible for the innovative, safe and profitable operation of the Visitor Center including hospitality experiences, retail operations, and events. Provides input on strategic vision for sales generation and achieving goals by providing leadership to the staff; monitors cash flow, inventory, expenditures and revenues through budget preparation and monitoring; responsible for visitor center inventory and non-wine items. Implements strategic vision through education, culture and sales products and services. Employee must be a team player and ability to think with a safety, sustainability and quality mind-set.
Under general supervision, Hospitality Support Staff is responsible for maintaining the visitor center in clean and orderly fashion. Hospitality Support Staff is also responsible for supporting wine educators with seating guests, setting tables, fulfilling orders and guest service.
As a wine educator you are responsible for providing exceptional luxury service to our guests. Your primary role is to create a memorable relaxing experience while hosting and educating our guests. Sell and promote our wines and wine collective. Collaborating with our team and operating in an organized efficient manner is a must.
The Prep Cook also known as Junior Chef is responsible for maintaining and preparing food items for daily reservations. He/she is responsible for maintaining high standards throughout the kitchen and food storage areas, practicing good food safety, appropriate sanitation standards, and must demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills. A Junior Chef works as a team member in a dynamic fast pace environment, and must follow all safety procedures. This position is for an upbeat multitasker with a calm composure.
Gloria Ferrer Finance Manager is responsible accurate and timely financial planning, budget development, metrics, and KPI’s, general accounting, tax and treasury functions. Reports to the Finance Director and GM with support of the FxMUSA controller. Accountable for company profit planning, working capital requirements, lending relationships, and financial controls. Oversees and understands inventories, depletions and compliance for long-term sustainability of Gloria Ferrer.
