The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance on buildings, facilities, equipment, fixtures, and systems, plus setup, operation, and repair of machines on the bottling and disgorging lines. The Maintenance Technician safely operates under limited supervision and will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems and production line machines. The Maintenance Technician will conduct preventative maintenance actions, such as lubrication, cleaning and filter changes and may do limited carpentry and painting. Responsible for safe working for self and all employees.
The Pantry Chef is responsible for maintaining and preparing food items for daily reservations and events. The Pantry Chef is responsible for maintaining high standards throughout the kitchen and food storage areas, practicing good food safety, appropriate sanitation standards, and must demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills. A Pantry Chef works as a team member in a dynamic fast-paced environment, and must follow all safety procedures. This position is for an upbeat multitasker with a calm composure.
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial planning and advanced analysis of our daily, weekly monthly KPI’s; allowing management to make a well-informed business decision. The Senior Financial Analysts will produce regular reports using financial data and working collaboratively across the management team to analyze business performance and strategy.
The Gloria Ferrer Event Server is responsible for greeting, assisting, and serving guests at special functions and events. The Event Server will help assist with event planning, preparation, set up and clean up, serve guests, and respond to questions, complaints, and requests. The Gloria Ferrer Event Server possesses excellent customer service and communication skills is professional, polite to guests and is an efficient server.
Under general supervision, Hospitality Support Staff is responsible for maintaining the visitor center in clean and orderly fashion. Hospitality Support Staff is also responsible for supporting wine educators with seating guests, setting tables, fulfilling orders and guest service.
As a wine educator you are responsible for providing exceptional luxury service to our guests. Your primary role is to create a memorable relaxing experience while hosting and educating our guests. Sell and promote our wines and wine collective. Collaborating with our team and operating in an organized efficient manner is a must.
