The Wine Club & Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the strategy for wine club programs and experiences. The Wine Club and Hospitality Coordinator assists the Wine Club Manager with member services and works in partnership with the hospitality team to deliver exceptional club member experiences. The coordinator ensures that service and communications are executed with approachable luxury standards with a sustainability and innovation mind set.
As a wine educator you are responsible for providing exceptional luxury service to our guests. Your primary role is to create a memorable relaxing experience while hosting and educating our guests. Sell and promote our wines and wine collective. Collaborating with our team and operating in an organized efficient manner is a must.
The Junior Chef is responsible for maintaining and preparing food items for daily reservations. He/she is responsible for maintaining high standards throughout the kitchen and food storage areas, practicing good food safety, appropriate sanitation standards, and must demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills. A Junior Chef works as a team member in a dynamic fast pace environment, and must follow all safety procedures. This position is for an upbeat multitasker with a calm composure.
The Gloria Ferrer Facilities and Production Maintenance Manager, directs and supervises maintenance staff. Establishes and maintains work schedules, maintenance records and inventory of equipment. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities and staff involved in the design, construction, coordination, modification, maintenance of company facilities and equipment. Uses safety, sustainability, and efficiency as baselines for all decision making. Formulates and monitors company facility standards. Tasks involve complex troubleshooting, modification, installation, repair, servicing and similar maintenance operations where detailed knowledge and experience is required.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance on buildings, facilities, equipment, fixtures and systems, plus setup, operation and repair of machines on the bottling and disgorging lines. The Maintenance Technician safetly operates under limited supervision and will troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems and production line machines. S/He will conduct preventative maintenance actions, such as lubrication, cleaning and filter changes and may do limited carpentry and painting. Responsible for safe working for self and all employees.

The Harvest Enologist Interns will work directly with the Associate Winemaker and the Winemaker and have frequent contact with the Vineyard Manager. Duties and tasks will include vineyard sampling, lab analysis, and fermentation monitoring.
Start Date: July 21st (depending on weather)
Finish Date: End of September, exact timing based on season
Hours: Up to 72 hours/week, generally in 10-12 hour shifts, 6 days/week during harvest. Post harvest, 40 hours/week.
Other: The intern is responsible for his/her own transportation and housing. Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards is
approximately 50 miles from San Francisco and 10 miles from downtown Sonoma. Working temperatures vary from the high 90's to low 40's, depending on the shift and the weather. Post harvest responsibilities will be primarily lab work.
The Visitor Center Manager is responsible for the innovative, safe and profitable operation of the Visitor Center including hospitality experiences, retail operations, and events. Provides input on strategic vision for sales generation and achieving goals by providing leadership to the staff; monitors cash flow, inventory, expenditures and revenues through budget preparation and monitoring; responsible for visitor center inventory and non-wine items. Implements strategic vision through education, culture and sales products and services. Employee must be a team player and ability to think with a safety, sustainability and quality mind-set.
Gloria Ferrer Finance Manager is responsible accurate and timely financial planning, budget development, metrics, and KPI’s, general accounting, tax and treasury functions. Reports to the Finance Director and GM with support of the FxMUSA controller. Accountable for company profit planning, working capital requirements, lending relationships, and financial controls. Oversees and understands inventories, depletions and compliance for long-term sustainability of Gloria Ferrer.
