Under general supervision, Hospitality Support Staff is responsible for maintaining the visitor center in clean and orderly fashion. Hospitality Support Staff is also responsible for supporting wine educators with seating guests, setting tables, fulfilling orders and guest service.


  • Responsible for dishwashing, stocking, set up, clean up and bussing
  • Ensures tables and chairs are arranged properly
  • Set-up and maintain glassware stations
  • Maintains trash receptacles, recycle bins and storage rooms
  • Provides exceptional service to guests and assists Tasting Room sales staff
  • May assist as Special Events
  • Assists in seating guests
  • Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience

  • High school dimploma or equivalant preferred.
  • Competency with computers and iPad.
  • Clear, respectful and direct communication skills
  • Basic reading, writing and math skills.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be 21 or older.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear.  The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. 


  • Must be able to work outdoors in extremes of heat/humidity/cold and other inclement weather conditions
  • Must be able to walk on uneven ground for at least 8 hours per day
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to see clearly enough to a) drive safely b) recognize employees c) work on computers for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work long hours when required.
  • Must be able to sustain the repeated use of hands as well as long periods of standing, sitting, walking and bending
